1. Company information

In these Terms, "Ridge", "we", "us" and "our" mean Ridge Financial Solutions FZC LLC. "You" means the person accessing this website or submitting an enquiry.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the relevant arrangements. If you use the website for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.

3. Ridge’s role and services

Ridge may assist with enquiries relating to business financing, trade finance, personal finance for salaried or self-employed applicants, merchant finance, credit cards, housing finance, mortgages, car finance, insurance brokerage support for health, life or property insurance, and investment-related advice or support. Services are provided only within the scope permitted by Ridge’s trade licence and applicable UAE law.

Ridge generally acts as an intermediary, enquiry coordinator or introducer. Unless Ridge expressly confirms otherwise in a separate written agreement, Ridge is not the bank, lender, card issuer, insurer, fund manager or other provider of the underlying financial product. The relevant independent provider is responsible for its own product, assessment, approval, documentation and ongoing service.

4. General information, not an offer or guarantee

Website content is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, credit approval, insurance quotation, guarantee, commitment to lend, or promise that a particular product, rate, premium, limit or return will be available.

Website content is not legal, tax or accounting advice. It should not be treated as personalised financial, insurance or investment advice unless Ridge expressly provides such advice in writing through a person authorised and qualified to do so. You should obtain independent advice where appropriate to your circumstances.

5. Enquiries and referrals

Submitting an enquiry starts a request for contact only. It does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, lending, insurance, advisory or other contractual relationship, and does not require Ridge or any provider to proceed.

Ridge may review your stated requirements, contact you for additional information and, where appropriate, refer or introduce the enquiry to one or more selected providers. Potential recipients may be drawn from licensed banks, appropriately authorised fintech companies, insurers, finance companies, private lenders and other providers operating lawfully in the UAE.

Ridge does not send every enquiry to every provider. Any referral will depend on the type of enquiry, the information available, provider criteria and your consent or another lawful basis. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where Ridge offers a referral commission, the applicable rate varies by service and is calculated on the qualifying financed amount. A commission is not earned merely by submitting a referral or receiving approval. It is considered only after the financing is successfully completed, Ridge has received its corresponding fee, and the referral satisfies the programme requirements confirmed by Ridge. Ridge may reject duplicate, existing, incomplete, unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible referrals.

6. Third-party products and decisions

All eligibility, affordability, credit, underwriting, compliance, risk and suitability assessments are made under the relevant provider’s procedures. Approval, rejection, processing time, credit limit, financing amount, interest or profit rate, fees, premium, exclusions, investment terms and final documentation are determined by the provider.

You must review the provider’s official documents, key facts, fees, risks, exclusions and binding terms before accepting a product. If there is a conflict between this website and a provider’s final documents, the provider’s final documents govern the provider’s product.

Insurance cover is subject to policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions. Investment values and returns may rise or fall, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Financing creates repayment obligations and may affect your credit position.

Ridge will disclose any fee payable by you before it is charged. Where applicable law requires disclosure of provider compensation or a potential conflict of interest, Ridge will make that disclosure through the relevant process or documentation.

7. Your information and responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, complete and not misleading. You must promptly correct material information that changes while an enquiry is being considered.

You must not provide another person’s information without authority. Do not submit passwords, one-time passwords, complete payment-card details, online-banking credentials or unnecessary identity documents through the general enquiry form. Ridge and legitimate providers will not ask you to disclose an OTP or password for an account.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a proposed product is appropriate, reading the final documents and understanding your payment, disclosure and other obligations before acceptance.

8. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• submit false, fraudulent, unlawful or abusive enquiries;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, CRM, accounts, servers or data;
• introduce malware, automate abusive submissions, probe security or disrupt availability;
• scrape, copy or reuse website content in a way that infringes rights or imposes an unreasonable load; or
• use the website in breach of UAE law or the rights of any person.

Ridge may block, restrict or report activity that appears unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Ridge name, logo, website design, text, graphics and other website content are owned by or licensed to Ridge and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from Ridge or the relevant rights holder.

10. External links and communications

Links to third-party websites and contact details are provided for convenience. Ridge does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content or privacy practices. A link or introduction does not by itself amount to an endorsement of every product offered by that third party.

Email, telephone and internet communications can be delayed, intercepted or sent to an incorrect address. Verify the identity of any person requesting information and use the official contact details on this website if a communication appears suspicious.

11. Privacy

Ridge’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained and protected. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read that policy and that the information may be handled as described there.

12. Website availability and changes

Ridge aims to keep the website available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Content, services and functionality may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, provider or business reasons.

Ridge may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. The Terms in force when you use the website apply to that use. Separate provider or service agreements may have their own amendment rules.

13. Responsibility and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable.

Subject to that statement and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridge is not responsible for:

• a provider’s decision, product, documentation, delay, act, omission or failure;
• loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by you or another person;
• decisions made solely in reliance on general website content rather than final documents or appropriate advice;
• third-party websites, systems or communications outside Ridge’s reasonable control; or
• indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from Ridge’s breach.

Each party remains responsible for taking reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss. Nothing in this section changes the legal responsibilities of a provider under its own agreement with you.

14. Questions and complaints

To raise a question or complaint about Ridge or its handling of an enquiry, email contact@ridgefinancial.solutions. Include your enquiry reference, if available, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include passwords, OTPs or complete payment-card or banking credentials.

If a complaint concerns a provider’s decision, product or service, Ridge may direct you to that provider’s complaints process.

15. General provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Ridge’s written consent. Ridge may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a lawful business transfer or restructuring, subject to applicable law.

16. Governing law and courts

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from use of the website are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations applying in the Emirate of Sharjah and/or the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rule, the competent courts of Sharjah or Dubai, UAE, as applicable to the circumstances and jurisdiction of the dispute, will have jurisdiction.
