1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ridge Financial Solutions FZC LLC ("Ridge", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit this website, submit an enquiry, communicate with us, or ask us to help identify a relevant financing, insurance or investment-related solution.

Ridge is responsible for the personal information it collects and controls through its website and enquiry-management system. If you provide information by telephone, email or during an office visit and a Ridge team member records it in that system, the principles in this policy also apply.

Depending on how you interact with Ridge, we may collect:

• Enquiry details: the service requested, requested amount and currency, the country where financing is required, preferred contact method, message and any other information you choose to provide.
• Referral details: where applicable, a referrer’s name and contact details, referral code, relationship, the referred person’s contact details, requested service and related notes.
• Enquiry-management information: the form or page from which the enquiry originated, enquiry reference, status, staff assignment, follow-up notes and correspondence.
• Technical and security information: date and time, source URL, browser or device information, email-verification status and attempts, session and security records, and protected identifiers derived from information such as an email address, IP address or user agent.
• Consent records: when, how and which privacy wording you accepted.

Do not submit passwords, one-time passwords, complete payment-card details, online-banking credentials, or unnecessary copies of identity or financial documents through the general enquiry form. If additional documents are needed, Ridge or the relevant provider will tell you how to supply them through an appropriate channel.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you complete an enquiry or referral form, telephone or email us, communicate with a Ridge representative, or visit our office. We also collect limited technical information automatically when the website and its security controls operate.

If another person submits information for you, that person must have authority to do so. If you give us information about another person, you must ensure that you are permitted to share it and that they understand how Ridge will use it.

4. How and why we use information

We use personal information only where we have an appropriate reason under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, that reason may be your consent, taking steps at your request before a potential service arrangement, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Ridge does not sell personal information. We will not use enquiry information for unrelated direct marketing without any choice or consent required by applicable law.

The Ridge website and CRM do not make a final lending, insurance or investment decision about you. Any provider receiving an enquiry may conduct its own eligibility, affordability, underwriting, compliance or risk assessment under its own terms and privacy notice.

5. Who we share information with

Access within Ridge is limited to administrators and authorised staff who need the information to manage or follow up the enquiry.

Where necessary to progress your request, and subject to your consent or another lawful basis, Ridge may share relevant information with selected providers operating lawfully in the UAE. These may include licensed banks, appropriately authorised fintech companies, insurers, finance companies, private lenders or other relevant product and service providers. Ridge selects recipients according to the type of enquiry; it does not send every enquiry to every provider.

We may also share information with:

• website hosting, email, IT support, cybersecurity, backup and other service providers acting for Ridge;
• professional advisers, auditors and insurers where reasonably necessary; and
• courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We seek to share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. A bank, insurer, lender or other independent provider will generally be responsible for its own subsequent use of your information and should provide its own privacy notice.

6. International transfers

Ridge primarily handles enquiries for providers in the UAE. Some technology or support providers may process or store information outside the UAE. Where an international transfer occurs, Ridge will use the mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, taking account of the destination and the nature of the information.

7. Cookies and similar technology

This website may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for core functions such as secure sessions, form protection and administrator authentication. It also uses a first-party anonymous identifier to maintain an approximate lifetime visitor count. The identifier does not contain a name, email address, phone number or raw IP address and is not used to create advertising profiles.

If Ridge later introduces additional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before those technologies are used.

8. How long we keep information

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use the designated enquiry channels and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

• ask whether Ridge processes your personal information and obtain access to it;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
